I’ve decided to commit myself to a project this year. A project that will force my creativity, get me thinking outside the box – and force me to blog. Let’s face it, I’m not the best blogger in the world!! I will be doing one “photo walk” per week for the rest of the year. I plan on going to a different place each week, just heading out with my camera and one lens and just explore! I’m very excited about it. There are so many beautiful places around here and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to just shoot for fun with no expectations but to enjoy the beauty that is around me.  

Those that know me, know my love for Sawgrass Lake Park right here in St. Petersburg. Every time we go there, I’m taken in by the beautiful light and the serenity of the place. We usually see our favorite alligator – but she wasn’t there this time…It was only 54 degrees out so maybe she was in hiding!!! With that said, here’s a few from my first walk….

   Teresa! I love your imagery! It is so soothing and lovely. St. Pete Beach is one of my most favorite and memorable places! The white sand was the cleanest (is it still?) and most velvet-y places! I still crave those burgers at the Don Cesar. I will never forget seeing Steven Tyler splashing in the waves with his kids at the Don Cesar a long time ago.

    What a beautiful spot Teresa! Where in St.Pete? We have some gorgeous spots down here, too, but I am sooo loving this location! Beautiful shots!
